It's a lovely book, beautiful illustrations and great for teaching rhyming words if you're little one is eager to learn new sounds whilst learning to read. As well as fifteen years as a director of animated commercials, he has worked closely with children's author and illustrator Raymond Briggs on a number of film projects. Perfect for 9+ readers and fans of Elle McNicoll, Lisa Thompson and Onjali Rauf's bestselling THE BOY AT THE BACK OF THE CLASS. This book can teach a child the components of a good relationship and prompt them into figuring out their role model in life. I would recommend this to book to parents to read to their children because of the sweet bond between the father and son bears.

His inspiration for Me and My Dad came partly from his love for the little corner of Southeast London where he grew up and now lives and works. Little Bear and his dad do wonderful things -- exploring high mountains, swimming in the rain, and telling stories as the stars come out. This book celebrates so many things - the love of a dad and child, the excitement generated by the imagination. Personal Response/ Recommendation: This book was a very enjoyable and reminded me of my childhood with my dad. Me and My Dad will keep little ones guessing right through to the final pages, and you'll love taking that journey together.

There are snapping crocodiles, stomping dinosaurs, sleeping princesses and golden treasure - but that's not even the best bit. She perfectly captures the energy, exuberance and joy of the bears as they spend their day together. This is a sweet and simple story told in rhyme from a baby bear cub's point of view about all the things he loves to do with his dad: "When it's raining my dad plays a staying-dry trick - To dodge all the raindrops we have to be quick! More and more titles are emerging that celebrate the special bond between fathers and their children; this one adds beautifully to that genre.

The post person delivering your item has the overall choice as to whether the parcel is left in the safe place. introduces one lucky cub: his daddy bear is a bit goofy (he likes to play in the rain), confidently protective (his thick coat makes a good hiding place during a thunderstorm), always ready for adventure (whether it's swimming in the river or exploring the forests) and a great storyteller. The issustrations are wonderful, and the imagination of the little girl makes this story a very worthwhile read. He says how strong he is, how tall he is, how he comforts him, and how he tells the best bedtime stories. Edgson ( The Emperor's New Clothes) lifts this familiar tribute book above the ordinary with her impressionistic settings and backgrounds.Really cute illustrations and pleasant rhyming text documents a day that father and child bear share together.
