About this deal

Jam Shed have quite a devoted following for their style of Jammy Red wines so it will be interesting to see what they have done with the Chardonnay Grape. Regional Information: South Eastern Australia has a climate well-suited for growing grapes, with warm summer days and plenty of sunshine allowing full fruit flavours and sugar to develop. This Malbec has rich, opulent plum and blackberry flavours, rounded off with a hint of cocoa and vanilla. Vanilla and almond come through (not sure if they should but that is what I get) Makes my Sauvignon seem really bland in comparison. John L detected a little bit of acidity at the back of the mouth which he felt offset the sweetness that John M referred to.Jam Shed Chardonnay – Another Aussie mainstay described perfectly by their own label as rich, toasty and buttery.
